"My collaboration with CICADA SIGN began in 2020 when I connected with Mr. Aziz to assist in developing a strategy for an online training program dedicated to Deaf individuals. The program focused on equipping participants with the skills needed to become freelancers. My role involved developing the curriculum and researching accessible learning methods. After months of collaboration, we completed the initial version of the training program, with its raw content ready for asynchronous elearning modules development & deployment.
